Nutrition Therapy for Autism Patients

There is always an association between eating behaviours, nutritional status, and autism. Some of the most popular diets are elimination diets, like gluten-free, casein-free, and lactose-free diets. Dietary strategies for autism implies the importance of eating more probiotic-rich foods that support the health of the gut micro biome. Improving the health of the gut micro biome can be a major goal of these dietary strategies. Studies emphasise on the bacterial composition of the gut may be which reflects to both gastrointestinal and neurological symptoms.
